Does your dog…
- Show aggression toward other dogs? People?

- Lunge at other dogs on leash?
- Seem shy or fearful around new people?

We can help!
With all new clients, we begin with a comprehensive consultation in your home to assess your dog, share information about dog behavior / modification, provide management strategies for immediate concerns, and determine the most appropriate action plan for you and your dog.
After the appointment, you receive a detailed written evaluation, as well as educational handouts and a customized training plan for moving forward with gentle behavior modification. (Position Statement on Humane Dog Training.)
How many sessions might you need after the initial appointment? That depends on the type and severity of the issue(s), the length of time it has been a problem, and how much time you can devote to working with your dog in between sessions.
During the follow-up sessions, Bob will coach you through the training to improve your dog’s behavior. In between sessions, you and your dog will practice the exercises Bob teaches you.
All of our training methods are force-free, fear-free, and pain free.
We never use or recommend shock (aka e-collars) prong, or choke collars.
The cost is $225 if you live in *Bloomington/Normal, and the session lasts about 90 minutes (masks required).
Follow-up training: We will customize a package for you based on your dog’s assessment and your training goals. A typical six session package costs $480 if you live in *Bloomington/Normal. Each session includes a summary report, resources, and support between sessions.
*If you live outside of Blo/No, there is an additional travel charge, and our travel radius is limited to 20 miles from SE Bloomington.
